Wonderful lesson on Islam - best part of my Dubai trip The mosque is lovely and the waiting room was charming. They had full snack service before the tour -- guess you could call it tea service. I learned about Islam in a very air conditioned space with a French catholic monk as part of our tour group. I would recommend it was the most authentic cultural experience I had in Dubai, which is really just a giant shopping mall with amazing architecture (can you tell I was not impressed with the city).

Very informative We visited for the morning 10am tour. We first saw where worshippers would wash themselves before entering the mosque, they even asked for some volunteers. We next headed into the mosque and had an informative talk on the origins of Islam and dispelling many myths.

So informative I did the morning tour, had a wonderful plate of local food and cup of black tea. The tour was very informative about the mosque, religion and way of life. The women were offered a scarf to wear and extra clothing to cover arms and knees of required. A must see when in Dubai
